Mail – The bubble mail-in registration form is only found in the center of the paper copy of the ISEE Student Guide between pages 26 and 27 inside the envelope. If you would like to register by mail; you may request a student guide by clicking here and providing your name and your mailing address.

Fax – There is a $20 additional charge for the fax registration. The total fax registration fee is $109. The fee for a fax registration is payable by Visa, MasterCard, or American Express only. Please complete the registration form found in the ISEE Student Guide on page 50 and fax it to 1-919-682-5775.

Phone – You may register by phone by calling 1-800-446-0320/1-919-956-8524. There is a $20 additional charge for a telephone registration. The total phone registration fee is $109. The fee for a phone registration is payable by Visa, MasterCard, or American Express only.

Testing with Accommodations

The 2010-11 Testing with Accommodations information will not be available until September. Please check back at that time to download the ISEE Testing with Accommodations registration form and list of test sites/dates offering accommodations for 2010-11.

If this is a late application for entrance for this September 2010, please email chopkins@erblearn.org to request the current ISEE Testing with Accommodations information.

ERB will make every effort to arrange special administrations to accommodate students who are unable to take the ISEE under standard conditions because they have a documented physical challenge or learning difference.
